Prior to his entrance into the real estate industry, Frank worked extensively
in the private lending field, where he won notable acclaim for his intelligence, perception, and ability to consistently enhance the value of foreclosed properties.
Frank is also a veteran of the manufacturing industry, having built and operated a 50,000 square foot facility dedicated to the production of sweaters for the wholesale and retail trade. As a result, he has an extensive background in manufacturing processes and warehousing distribution.
Frank has assisted several foreign startup companies locate to the area, including but not limited to manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. He has been involved not only with location issues, but with financing, lease/sale negotiations, obtaining zoning permits, and certificate of occupancy applications.

Edward S Oh began his career in 1974 in Seoul, South Korea at Korea Express Company,
Korea’s largest freight forwarding firm providing service of receiving, packaging,
warehousing and distribution for import and export shipments via all modes of cargo transport (rail, ground transport, sea and air)
.
For the next 32 years, Edward S Oh ascended the ranks within the company’s organization in both Korea and the US, later to become
Project Manager and Director and eventually Managing Director. In August 2000, he was named President and CEO of Korea Express USA,
responsible for directing the company’s global business activities and US expansion initiatives.
Edward S Oh also served as a member of the company’
s Board of Directors from 1988 until resignation in December 2005.
With a genuine passion to serve the community, Edward has also been active in a number of outside business and educational organizations.
He served as Executive Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the US (KOCHAM) which was founded in
1992 and represents over 300 US-based Korean business entities from it headquarters in New York City.
Edward was also the President of the Board of
Directors of the Korean Educational Institute (KEI) based in Clifton, NJ.
Edward’s prior experience in the planning and executing Korea Express USA’s domestic expansion plans offers a unique proposition for Wolfer

International Banking, Trucking/Freight Forwarding, Printing, Apparel, Delicatessen and Café Owner .
Ellen has held
positions as Executive Secretary, Office Manager. This has given Ellen a well rounded experience in both the corporate
and industrial fields for the past 25 years, rendering her a unique understanding of what her customer’s requirement would be.
Ellen Kashk has 5 years experience as a real estate residential specialist,
with 2 years holding a Broker Salesperson’s License. She has closed transactions
from residential sales and rentals to commercial leases, Condos to multi-family properties.
Ellen gives her undivided attention to details with each transaction. She specializes in the
Hudson, Bergen, and Passaic County areas,
and has a large following.
Ellen Kashk is a life long Hudson County resident. Her love of the arts: Painting, Poetry/writing,
and Photography have allowed her to have creative marketing ideas for properties she represents.
